Moving your services online

On 2nd July 2020, we joined forces with the digital transformation platform Twine to put on a session supporting charities, community businesses and social purpose organisations to move their services online.

The session was led by a panel of 3 digital experts, Eriol Fox, Jake Moffat and Danny Hearn, who shared their own journey of putting services online. The panel were joined by Claire Bloor, CEO of Somerset and Avon Rape Crisis, who gave an insight into the process.

The Speakers

Eriol Fox is a Design Lead who has worked in-house for 10+ years. Eriol works primarily with NGO’s, charities, non-profits and open source software through their roles at Third Sector Design and Humanitarian.design.

Jake Moffat is a digital product manager leading Power to Change’s Twine programme, focused on delivering digital products and services to support the community business market.

Danny Hearn is is a member of DOT PROJECT leading on UX, design and digital strategy with 17+ years working for high profile brands such as John Lewis, Burberry, and Clarks as well as smaller startups, design agencies and now predominantly supporting charities.
