We need digital technology that works for people and planet, and our community organisations need digital expertise and investment.

Tech4Good South West is a community of people across the South West driving technology for good through bringing people together, sharing knowledge and ideas, matching needs with skills, and creating space to innovate.

Tech for good is the intentional use of technology to drive positive outcomes for people and planet. This is a network for everyone in the broadest sense of tech for good, you might;

• support charities with digital skills, technical development and digital communications

• be developing a tech for good solution, or indeed scaling a tech for good business

• have a passion for ethical tech, tech justice, diversity in tech​

• ​are researching or leading projects to drive tech for good initiatives

• be doing or thinking about anything related to tech - for good.

What we do

We surface stories of tech for good, both in and around our region. We also host training & learning events, share insights &  knowledge, and convene needs with skills.

Our vision is to drive more awareness of digital technology for good and encouraging cross sector and disciplines to come together to provide solutions to societal problems and enable our communities to thrive.
